By accessing Burrata POS you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Subscription & payment
Fees, payment terms, and renewal terms are described in your order form. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use Burrata to violate laws, infringe rights, transmit malware, or interfere with the service.
Data ownership
You own your data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service.
Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" except as set out in your order form or master subscription agreement. Liability is limited as set out in those documents.
Termination
Either party may terminate as described in the order form. Upon termination we will make your data available for export for 30 days.
